Oleg Pedan is back, and it's breaking news for the Global CSWC and cigar community. After a few years' hiatus, Oleg's recent victory in Minsk, Belarus, marks one of the biggest comebacks of all time. This win proves that Oleg remains a CSWC superstar, posing a serious threat to anyone aspiring to be the best in the CSWC world.
