CSWC COPENHAGEN - THE MOST EXCITING QUALIFICATION OF THE SEASON?!?
This weekend, among the many competitors, the strongest slow smokers will face off: World Champion vs World Record Holder vs Champion of Sweden.
World Record Holder Igor Kovacic on the CSWC Grand Final 2017
Actual World Champion Henrik Kristensson will make his first official performance in slow smoking in 2022 during the CSWC Sweden & Denmark in Copenhagen in just a few days. It will be his first test of the season to see how big is his competition spirit. It will be an interesting look at his mood and strength, especially since some of the world's strongest slow smokers will compete there, all of whom are from Sweden. Mikael Zander ZEKE will be there to defend his Swedish Champion title after his success last year. He is always highly motivated, we believe especially this year to beat again Henrik on national qualification round.

The biggest challenge will be the big return of Igor Kovacic, an absolute legend and the man behind the world record, which is still officially in his hands after 3 years. He announced his return, he is motivated, and he has already shared excellent results from his first training, which included more than 3 hours of smoking.
When he's in Tiger mode, Igor, "the Swedish Tiger," is unquestionably the most difficult opponent to beat. I saw him a few times like that, and every time I saw that "mod" and crazinest look in his eyes, he did spectacular things. I believe "Tiger mod" is almost on.- Marko Bilic, CSWC Founder

When you are the World Champion, the pressure is always higher because all eyes are on you and you need to prove that last year was not a fluke. Considering that Russian smokers are on a break this year, this will be one of the most interesting measures of power at the start of the season among some of the strongest competitors. It is truly impressive that they are all from Sweden, and that Sweden has emerged as a true CSWC superpower. Throughout the season, all of them will have more opportunities to improve their times at TIME CHASE events, even if some of them will not win the title of national champion Champion. In the end, that is how Henrik entered the Grand Final last year, as one of the best on the TOP 20 list - and he did it, he won the World Champion title.

Igor Kovacic, a.k.a. "Swedish Tiger," posted on social media about his excellent training results. But can he do it in Copenhagen this weekend? Slow smoking races are always more difficult than training, but this is a sure sign that Igor is on the comeback trail!
