The competition itself was more than great - competitors were in high competition spirit, and the slow race was thrilling. This year, young David McGaha finished third with a time of 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 5 seconds, but a 3 minute penalty for ash reduced his time to 1 hour and 4 minutes. Anthony Lorenzo took second place after firing for 1 hour 14 minutes and 20 seconds. Michael Imagna won the race by just 28 seconds over Lorenzo. He did an excellent job of keeping it on in such a tight finish.
