Prizes for the best ones
The Liverpool round was significant because it placed the United Kingdom's name and flag on the current TOPL 20 list of the season's best smokers. The perfect ambience of the Puffin room provided excellent conditions for the rookie slow smoker William John, who managed to push his CSWC competition cigar to a time of 1 hour and 55 minutes. After winning the tournament, John exclaimed, "I am usually a fast smoker," but he demonstrated that he has excellent control over slow smoking. We wish him the best of luck in the UK final.
